Terms & Conditions

Delivery Information

We will process your order within 5 business days upon which the item will be shipped.

Orders with backordered items will be processed within 7-14 working days upon which the entire order will be shipped.

We deliver nationwide at a flat rate of R95. We make use of Fastway and Courier Guy for door to door deliveries. Please note that if bulk orders are made, shipping may incur extra cost.

However, we might require clients to collect at their nearest Pudo Locker, Postnet or PEP Store. Store to Store (Postnet or PEP) deliveries are done in instances where delivery is to be made to an area that falls outside of either Local or Main centre regions when shipping from Johannesburg or are deliveries that incur a courier fee that would be too hefty (e.g. weight of parcel is too heavy etc.) should it be couriered door-to-door via our other service providers (Fastway & Courier Guy).

Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.

We send parcels from Monday to Friday from 09h00-17h00. This excludes South African public holidays. We cannot deliver to a PO Box and will need a physical address for all deliveries within South Africa. Alternatively, we require the address of your nearest Pudo Locker, Postnet or PEP Store.

International

Shipping Terms

Delivery Information

Avoid disappointment by please checking the delivery information you supply, we cannot be held responsible should a parcel go missing when incorrect information has been provided.

However, if you’ve already completed your purchase and you’ve realized that the shipping information is incorrect, simply contact us with your relevant purchase reference number and correct shipping information. We would be happy to help to get your parcel to your doorstep as soon as possible.

Missing Parcels

We cannot be held responsible if parcels go missing when we’ve handed it over to the courier. However, should you suspect that your parcel has gone missing, please contact us as soon as possible. We hope to assist you in resolving such a problem.

Exchanges & Returns

How to Return Items

Pack your goods in its original packaging. Email us at info@etherealshop.co.za with your reason for returning the item and advise if you would like to exchange it. Include details of the new size, style or any other information that is relevant.

To return an item, please send it via a courier service with the relevant tracking number. (We advise to preferably not make use of registered mail as there frequently is a delay in this method of shipping.) Alternatively, you can send it to our nearest Pudo Locker, Postnet or PEP (Paxi).

After confirming that the returned goods are in a sale-able condition, we will arrange the relevant credit note.

Please note that we are unable to give free shipping for returns and clients will have to incur the cost to ship the goods back to us, and incur the cost to have us ship the goods back to you.

Take Care

Please try on all garments with care as if you decide that you want to return something, a refund can only be offered if the items that are being returned have not been washed and, are completely clean, with no signs of deodorant, fragrance, make–up, smoke etc.

Refunds

Once your returned goods have been received by us, we’ll review the returned items for refund approval.

If the refund is approved. we’ll issue a credit note for the the same value as the returned goods. (We do not offer refunds for shipping fees)

Please note that each financial institution processes refunds according to their own banking standards. We cannot be held responsible in instances where refunds are processed beyond the client’s desired time frame. However, it should reflect in your account within 14 days upon which a credit note was issued.

The amount will be paid in South African Rand into your account.
